### **1. FREE SHIPPING GUARANTEE**
We are proud to offer 100% FREE SHIPPING on all orders across all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah). There is no minimum purchase required to avail of free delivery.

### **2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email.

### **3. DELIVERY TIME**
Since we partner with premium global fulfillment and dropshipping suppliers to bring you top-tier coffee hardware, our standard delivery times to your doorstep in the UAE are:

Please note that occasional customs delays or high-demand periods might slightly affect these times.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your courier status directly on our website.

Arabian coffee machine is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the UAE. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
